HP ProDesk 400 G3 mini audio through DP and maximum resolution

HP Recommended

Hello,

I am considering buying a couple of HP ProDesk 400 G3 mini but I have some questions. I have looked at product number (1QP02ES). It has two DP outputs.

* Does it support 4k@60hz resolution on both DP outputs on the same time?

* Does it support audio through DP on either of those outputs?

In advance, thanks!

the answer to your audio question has allready been asked/answered on this forum, please use the search button first before posting, as you may find the answer without waiting for a reply and people like me willl not have to answer the same questions over and over

the video question is a bit murky, the onboard video specs are listed in HP's quick specs (see link below) and 3840 × 2160 (4K UHD) is a supported resolution, however you only have one display port (vga will not do 4k) so a addin video card is nessary for the second port (some cards have 2 display ports, giving you 3 monitor support)

however if you have a addin video card, then it might or might not be able to do dual/tripple  4k, visit the card makers website for it's specs

Thank you. Apologies, I realise I may have been able to find the answers in other threads.

To be specific, its this model im looking at: It has two DP outputs.

Am I correct in saying that two UHD (3840x2160) outsputs is not an issue with this specific model then?
