I have a HP ProDesk 600 G4, i5 8500, 16gb DDR4 ram.
I have a RX 6400 Low Profile card installed and am getting no image. I have tried resetting the bios setting, security settings, and updated to the newest bios. The graphics card isnt displaying anything. On this HP Site it lists cards that are supported, and I dont see RX 6400 as a supported card, but it also says cards under 75Watts will work so I'm confused. I dont have any other Graphics Cards sitting around to test and verify if they work. And tips, if you list a bios setting to check if enabled or disabled, please specify where to find it in the settings. Card is getting power, spins, just doesnt display anything at all.

Hi:
The specs for the card indicate a recommended P/S of 250W.
I don't see any reason why the card doesn't work in a PC with a UEFI BIOS, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to go into the BIOS with the card removed and disable secure boot.
Save the settings, reinstall the card and see if it works with Secure boot disabled.

See chapter 5 page 54 of the maintenance and service guide at the link below for the location of the secure boot settings in the BIOS:
