Prodesk 600 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I believe that the motherboard is vegetative based on my self-diagnosis, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to consult a second opinion.

Firstly I should clarify that I do know how painstaking upgrading the Prodesk 600 is and that it isn't encouraged

So the situation at hand is that I replaced the case, and subsequently hooked up 4 12v fans as well as a Radeon sapphire HD5450 graphics card. At this point it was still running that was just to provide context as to what's been done to it since it was purchased.

However today when I had received a pcie wifi card to install, my PC no longer powers on even after removing the wifi card, and the on board LED's (including the one for the Ethernet cable slot) no longer light up either.

I was wondering if anyone could provide some insight and confirm/deny my diagnostics of it being a vegetative motherboard from a power deficiency.

Thank you in advance for your time, effort, and contribution!
