Product: HP Z6 G4 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Windows 11 latest patch.

HP Support Assistant 9.33.28.0

Assistant won't connect to HP servers to get updates.

1. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Assistant

2. Don't tell me to download updates through the HP website - my question is about why Assistant fails

3. I would appreciate ideas on why this software fails consistently

4. Don't tell me to reinstall windows 11 - this is a ridiculous idea, as the problem is Assistant

5. Is there a way to clean Assistant out of windows 11 and the registry so that it will cleanly reinstall?
