Ticket raised 09/5/2023
no response
15/5/2023 - Follow up sent - No response
25/05/2023 - Email asking me for a copy of the invoice.
26/05/2023 - Email notifying me that the part is being sent
26/05/203 - Phone call from HP saying that they need a copy of the invoice.
26/5/2023 - Spoke to a Manager who basically had no idea but went on to inform me that the process of HP is the issue.
