You can download from HP Support page for Notebook Computer. Sure sense is in the list

Does an HP Sure Sense Uninstaller exist ?  I have tried to remove the software unsuccessfully...  I have also attempted to reinstall it but  received the following error:

 

Product: HP Sure Sense Installer -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor

I updated the BIOS and that fixed the problem

The command center (Omen Game Hub) would be of no use in that older model laptop. The only thing you would gain are the Temperature gauges, but there are many other free solutions for that available on the web.
