Product: T520 Thin CLient
Operating System: Linux

Not able to shadow this device in HPDM, no VNC is setup and not sure if another method to do this.

The VNC component is pre-installed on HP ThinPro units.  With HPDM you can shadow with just a few steps of preparation.  What's the version of HPDM and ThinPro do you use?  With the versions, we can provide more details.
