Product: Pavilion TP01-1055m PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this computer from HP.com. It has been set up for one week and it is used daily. Today I turned on the computer and within 20 min, the tower turned off. I cannot get it to start up. I have tried everything recommended—unplugged power cord, plugged back in, pushed power, nothing. I have also unplugged all cords to the tower and held down the power button for 5 sec, and plugged it back in and still no power. I have tried different power cords and power strips that work fine with other towers, but are not helping to power this tower. Is there anything left to do? How do I return or exchange this tower to HP.com (it has been less than 30 days since purchase).
