HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Went to HP.com and entered serial number MXL9412ZN0 and received error that the serial number was not found. PS is 
HP ProDesk 400 G6 SFF

 

There is an issue with the displayport and need help. But cannot contact support because the serial number is not found.

The only information I can provide is that the PC exists in the HP PartSurfer database.

I tried entering the serial number at the link below and the page crashes.
