HP Refurbished Prodesk 600 G1 SFF

Hi,

In July when all the store were closed her in Quebec province I purchased online the subject computer.  Staples advertised the computer had a one year guarantee.  After 2-3 chats and 6 emails with HP I still have not been able to get HP to recognize its guarantee.  I sent pdf of all the bill of sale, the paper received with the computer, A pdf of information on the side that contained all the info about the computer that registered the computer when it was new.  As far as they are concerned the guarantee ended in 2018. 

The lastly informed me that they needed a bill of sale with the serial number.  They should know it they sent me the refurbished computer.  I sent them the serial number using a pdf with the serial number  that I handwritten. 

That is not good enough.  The way I feel, is that they are practically  accusing me of  of trying to swindle them.

I paid $459.00 for their refurbished computer.  Plus I own 5 other HP computers and portable.  They should know me by now.

When I received their last email requesting more info, I told them to stop bothering me and to stick their guarantee you know where.

you should check with this dealer
Refurbished computers often have a warranty, offered by the seller, it has nothing to do with the HP warranty, which can indeed be terminated
there is an example given here:

BEST ANSWER:The Refurbished HP Pavilion 15-cw0017ca 15.6 Notebook is covered by Image Microsystems 90 day limited warranty.
