go to the HP drivers section for your model, and from there download the user and the service manuals

hello, thanks for the solution.

after reading the manual, discovered the i needed to reset the cmos button , atfer the reset everything works fine and it comes up anytime i want to use it:OpenSmile::ThumbUp:.
