HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC RCTO Base Model

I bought this computer to be able to take a bunch of Promise Pegasus Thunderbolt RAID boxes and put them on a network share

I purchased the HP thunderbolt Flex IO module and installed it today

I made sure to update all the drivers and everything, and unfortunately none of these Promise Pegasus units are recognized

I opened up a support case with Intel too as this isn't really supposed to be happening, they are supposed to have very strict compatibility requirements with ANYTHING marketed and sold with the thunderbolt name on it

All of my Promise Pegasus thunderbolt units work fine with a 2018 Intel Mac Mini and an M1 Mac Mini

I have a couple other thunderbolt devices (Apple dongles) as well and none of them work either 😐

It would seem that there is something wrong with HP's thunderbolt implementation
