HP Z220 does not start without monitor/usb keyboard

HP Z220
Linux

Hello,

I have a "newly" Z220 with Xeon 1240, nvidia nvs310,  ssd 250GB, 16GB RAM.

My aim is to use it as internal LAMP server, without connected devices. And power-on it with WOL (Wake on LAN)

But, It does not boot if there is no display and keyboard connected. Only boot well with devices connected, after boot I manually disconnect devices.

BIOS is updated.

It is normal in a Z220??  It really need devices to boot?

Thanks

A guess: enter BIOS SETUP, and see if you can disable the option to require the keyboard and/or mouse.
