HP Z4 G4 Workstation and Windows 10 LTSB

HP Z4 G4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I would like to know if Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB (1607) is supported on the HP Z4 G4 Workstation (Xeon W-2123).

I have tried but can't seem to get any solid answer.

I have checked "http://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x64.html" and it looks like that no drivers provided by HP. However, I would like to know if it is supported.

since windows 10 is supported on this model by default and all win 10 editions use the exact same kernal, with only the added/missing options in each build being diffrent you now have your answer (it's yes)

Well, then why has HP not released drivers for version 1607?

They have only released drivers especially for Windows 7/10 (1703/1709).

because  windows 10 v1607 is out of  "LTS "support, you need to move to a newer build

You need to look at the right type... LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch) is not SAC.

The next LTSB/LTSC is not going to be released before 2019. It will be named 1903 or 1909.

just because microsoft makes a long term release of windows does not mean 3rd parties like HP have to support it

HP has choisen not to support LTSB releases of windows 10 on their workstation line
