Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Z420 with an E5-1650 v2 CPU which can be clocked using Intel XTU utility.

On limited testing, it doesn't like running at 4.2 GHz on all six cores.

Would upgrading the cooler to the official HP cooler help or would one of the Z440 fans be better with the bigger cooling area and the large copper pipes I have read about on here be better?
