Product: z420 recycled
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

SO I been going through the bios and some of the stuff is new to me from my pavilion elite from 2009.  Is there a file that can explain the best and optimal setup and explain how to make the changes?  I know the newer bios are GUI but I would like to know the functions., normally there is a dialog box that explains it but not in this one..  Thank you all for your help
