Product: HP Z8 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I'm looking at buying an HP Z8 G4 with dual Xeon Gold 6136 x2 / 3.0Ghz. It's a second-hand machine being sold here:

The Spec's of the Motherboard and the RAM capacity support are what make this machine interesting to me.

 

The question I have,  is the model out dated to the point of being something you wouldn't buy for a long term investment.

 

All I can see, is the Model number: Z3Z16AV-AABB and model code number: 67178400

 

Apparently the machine supports Windows 11 , and with PCIe 3.0 should support a 10Gbps NIC and USB card expansion - whether it can actually support sustained 10GBps from one to the other.. would be another question.

 

Does the Model number above, give any indication as to whether this machine is an early model or late model of the Z8 G4 Series ?
