HP Z8 Randomly Restarts

We have recently purchased two HP Z8 desktop PCs and they are both restarting seemingly at random. They have even restarted whilst we have been using them so I do not think that it is a hibernation/sleep issue. However, I have changed the settings so this doesn't happen either. I have plugged one into a UPS to try to eliminate the possibility that the power is dropping to the power socket too. This happened at least 3 times yesterday and a similar number the day before. As they are only a week old it should not be wear and tear on the PC. I am running out of ideas so would appreciate some help.

I have similiar problems like you.

What is your cofigulations about Z8?

My Cpu is Xeon 6154, NVME, 1.5TB.

The CPU is an Intel Xeon Gold 6132 CPU 2.6 GHz (2 processors)

RAM is 128 GB and it is a 64-bit operating system which is Windows 10.

Oddly the two idential systems have now both stopped restarting themselves and we still do not know why.

I've been following the adventures of our friend KUK and his Z8 (2X Xeon 6154) having the same malady.  Without error messages, it's very difficult to diagnsose- even understand what subsystem is acting up.

The newness of the system troubles in both KUK'd and yours gave me a new idea today that there are too many startup background programs plus Windows that are updating simulataneously, The fact that both systems' failures stopped at the same time is the clue, but that's grasping at straws.

What has HP said on the subject?

Systems of that capability should be able to run a small country ,..
