HP ZBook 15 G2

HP Recommended

I own a HP ZBook G2 equipped with an Intel Core i7 - 4810MQ V Pro, 16GB of RAM, a NVidia Quadro K2100M, 256GB SSD and 1TB of HDD.

I've noticed that my laptop overheats a lot. It can get up to even a 100 degrees under load. I've replaced the thermal compound on my CPU and GPU but it does't seem to help much. Since I bought it, it had never been placed on anything else than a nice clean table. I'am dusting it on almost weekly basis. I use an air compressor tho I am careful, to limit the PSI not to hurt any components. I take care of my laptop so I can't wrap my head around this overheating. I am also using a stand to get better air flow.

So my question is do you have any idea why it overheats that much or maybe even a solution to it. The problem is that when in overheats it also throttles.

I wish you all a very nice evening and I am looking forward to your help
