Hi Community,

 

HP Support UK seems to be down, so I will try to ask here for now.

 
We're experiencing an issue with the newest 1U HP 4R workstations. They're just hanging after reboot and needs to be power cycled to bring them back to life. It happens not every time, but it's quite consistent. We're on the latest BIOS.
 
It's a big concern as they are remote machines.
 
The BIOS log:
 
1 3/17/2021 11:44 am Intel® AMT BIOS POST (Power On Self-Test) Watchdog Timeout.
2 3/17/2021 11:40 am BIOS Starting operating system boot process.
3 3/17/2021 11:39 am Power supply Hang during option ROM initialization.
4 3/17/2021 11:39 am Intel® AMT Operating system lockup or power interrupt.
 
Is it something you're aware of?
