Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY x360 laptop- My laptop is not turning on, it’s just shows the Lock Screen. I tried to turn off and on the power button but it just shows Lock Screen but not allowing me to enter pin/password. Recently I tried to upgrade laptop to windows 11 but it didn’t install, tried couple of times but always says “ unable to install “ so I paused the system updates. Please let me know how I can turn on my laptop.
