Hello,
I'm new to HPDM implementation and I can't update the agent or even send a BIOS update or an application like CTXWorkSpaceApp.
The write filter is enabled on the thin client but within the task, I ask to run anyway even if the filter is enabled.
A user session is open.
The task remains in "Processing" and nothing happens on the thin client.
Other tasks such as turning off the device or sending a message will work.
The thin client is t540 and the HPDM version is 5.0.9.
The agent version is 4.7.x.
I don't understand where the problem comes from.

My HPDM server is in a domain and my thinclient is in a workgroup.
Could this be the source of the concern?
In my lab with a thinclient and a HPDM server in Workgroup, it works perfectly.
