When capturing a Windows 10 21H2 IoT x64 image using HPDM, the sysprep processes corrupts the default user files. The issue causes the search function and Windows X to not work for new users. New users end up with garbage files or files and folders missing in their profile. I have updated to the latest version of HPDM, but the issue is still persistent. I have read the known issues and found this 'For Windows 10 IoT 21H2 or new images, some customized settings cannot be preserved after capturing or deploying image' this maybe the issue but after extensive trouble shooting, I narrowed the issue down to the sysprep process. I have tried editing the sysprep unattend file, but the corruption is still the same.
Has anyone else got this issue? have you found a work around?
