Hello. I am having an issue with the Master Repository Controller on HPDM 5.0. Please see the below errors.

Error occurred when connecting to the Master Repository Controller. Any operation requiring payload will fail.

Click "Edit" to modify the Master Repository settings, or verify the status of the Master Repository Controller and then click "Reconnect".

(Error Details: SSL Master Repository Controller Certificate verification failed.)

Also, when testing the repository, I get the below error. SMB and HTTPS test successfully, it just appears I'm having cert issues with the MRC.

Verifying the Remote Access for selected protocols ...
For SMB, successful.
For HTTPS, successful.
Remote access verification ends.
Verifying the remote access is aligned with Master Repository Controller access...
For SMB, SSL Master Repository Controller Certificate verification failed.
For HTTPS, SSL Master Repository Controller Certificate verification failed.
Master Repository Controller access verification ends.

Hey there, This did not help unfortunately.

I stopped the services, removed the following files

Client.crt

Controller.crt

Controller.key

The pdf does not clarify if I should also delete "hpdmskey.keystore" file - any thoughts?

HP Recommended

no that file should not be deleted, sorry if this does not help you.

Actually we did delete it and that worked for our use case.
