HPDM console won't start with SP10 or SP11

Hello,

I'm not able to install HPDM with SP10 or SP11. When I install any of these SPs I won't be able to start the HPDM console anymore.

I figured out, that SP8 still works, but when I install SP10/11 afterwards the console just won't start.

The server is a fresh 2016 Windows Server with the latest Windows patches.

Any idea how I can fix this?

Is there any error in the SP10/SP11 installation log? it should be at C:\ by default.

Under some situations, the upgrade process has a problem creating folders in %ProgramData%.  Please check if the path exists:  C:\ProgramData\HP\HP Device Manager\Console\conf.  If not please manually create this folder and then run the SP11 installer again.  And then try to launch the Console.
