HP Device Manager is not launching vnc when attempting to shadow a thin client. Recently occurring issue. Not a lack of cert or pushing of vnc settings. Task is successful, but vnc does not launch.

If HPDM is not showing any error messages and the thin client is not forwarding events then you may have to run the event viewer on the thin client to see if there are application or system errors. The expert @Manu_2680 may be able to help better than I.

Hello Paul,
May I know which HPDM version are you using ? What is the OS on T530 and if its ThinPro, what is the version and SP#?
Did you make sure to send agent update and enable VNC Settings from HPDM ? Have you setup Password for VNC in the past ?
