Product: HP Z800 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on power the blue light doesn’t turn. the fans then turn on at medium speed  and  the beeping noise start there is no blinking LED and no display. One beep occurs and around 45 seconds later 12 beeps occur.
