Hardware Diagnostics System Test SMART Check Failed

HP Recommended
HP Z2 Mini G3 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After running the SMART Check from the HP System Tests the result came back as FAILED.

 

Smart Check: FAILED

 

FAILURE ID: PU7CHX-00094U-QDUURG-608B03

 

I would appreciate any insight that could be shed on this problem. I do not notice any issues with my Workstation and this computer is very new.

contact hp warranty, the hard drive is most likely failing it's diagnostic check 

 

if you pay attention to the HP diag Program it will tell you which part is failing the test Componet or Motherboard
