Product: Z8 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm looking for instructions on the removal of the heatsink on the M.2 Adapter Board of the Z8 G4.  The video does not play for some reason and the associated text description talks about a "1, 2, 3, 4" step order in its removal but without an image or a video that's of no use.  Is there either a video that will play or a document with images which explains the removal and reinstallation process.

Not sure why the video does not play but 1, 2, 3, 4 is the 4 clips holding down the heatsink.
