Hello, i have HP prodesk 400 G7 microtower pc. Can i place the pc case lying down instead of standing up?

You should be able to as long as you follow the guidelines listed in the User Guide, chapter 5, page 23, and the Maintenance and Service Guide, chapter 3, pages 14 & 15.
