Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Briefly the problem is that system wont wake on lan when it is in sleep (s3) or hibernate (s4) state. It does when it is normally shutdown (s5), so i can suppose that there is no settings issue with my nic or bios. Also it does wake from sleep when i move the mouse, problem is only with wake on lan thing..

Does anybody have any suggestion? Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query!

I would recommend you update the latest bios as per the OS in the unit from HP site. I would also suggest you install the latest IME, chipset and network drivers.

Also set the power plan settings to defaults and check.

Hope this helps.
