517—Low power CPU heatsink(s) detected for high power CPUs | Inadequate heatsink is installed. | Replace the low power heatsink with a high power heatsink. |

You are getting this because you are running a 130W processor under a Mainstream heatsink/fan rated for 95W max TDP. Or, your wiring of the correct heatsink/fan (the Performance larger one) is not working correctly and the motherboard is seeing no ground contact at pin 5. The Performance fan has a ground jumper wire from pin 1 to pin 5. Rarely those can have bad contact, or break.
