hi , my pc uses always 70% + Cpu usage while doing stuff on google ..

And 100%+ When im gaming , idk why ?!  

I really cant play a game because of this , i keep getting LAG , and LAGSPIKES . PLEASE HELP

@Vedatt here's what you need to do, to resolve high cpu usage issues:

Do a Windows Search for “Services” and, in the window that opens, look for Windows Management Instrumentation. Right-click it, then select Restart. You can also stop the service entirely, if you desire, or simply restart your computer.

If the issue persists or you have slow performance on the device, here's what you need to do:
