Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)

i am not able to login my drives and it is showing bitlocker recovery key is required. As i also not remember which is my id registered and neither i have saved bitlocker key. 

Please help me to open my drives as it is all my work and data is there,
