Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am sorry I bought a HP Workstation for $4100 & a Four Year onsite Warranty!

I am unable to contact anyone at HP!

I always get connected to a stupid automated robot that does not understand what I am saying.

My purchase invoice says that I will receive an email from HP Carepack to confirm my four year onsite service.

The HP Dashboard says it is only for three year onsite Service!!

I want to cancel my order and be done with HP.

 

No one picks up the **bleep** telephone at HP! I hope they go out of business.
