I have a list of devices I need assistance on getting repaired.
All of the models are EliteBook 830 G8's.
I am new to the 'new' Bulk RMA request as the last time I requested bulk assistance it was excel spreadsheet based. What would be the best method in getting bulk support now?

For a "IT" person of a large corp, you should be familiar with "IT" asset management software that can scan your networks and extract each systems serial/configuration info and then export said information into the format you desire such as excel (or even plain text) you can then contact your assigned HP rep with that list
here's a few

for under 50 systems you can manually add them via the HP site: by selecting the multiple systems link from the site below

This ask wasn’t about what we do here at our company. We have inventory management. This has more to do with bulk RMA request since we have thousands of HP branded devices.
I have stacks of machines that are in need of some TLC and having to do them one by one with a chat representative just doesn’t seem feasible. Last time I did a bulk RMA request (tablet keyboards) I was given a spreadsheet to fill out by an HP rep but was told they didn’t do that anymore.
