Hp compaq 8000 elite ssf pc

Hello guys. I want to install ubuntu in my Hp compaq 8000 elite ssf pc, but I am unable to change boot order, my Enter Key on keyboard works correctly but when I try to change boot order it is not working I cant "Enter=Drag"

 

I cant edit anything in bios I don't know why

Hi:

 

You shouldn't need to change the boot order.

 

If you need to boot from your Ubuntu installer, have the disk or flash drive in the PC.

 

Turn on or restart the PC.

 

Press/tap the F9 key to get the boot options menu.

 

Select the DVD or USB flash drive and press the enter key and the PC should boot from your Ubuntu installer.
