HP keeps on sending me offers of an extended warranty to replace my expired warranty, BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO THE COST AND COVERAGE FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.

I don't know if HP thinks that I am stupid enough to just buy a "pig in a poke", making a purchase for an unknown amount of money that will not tell me what is covered. If this sounds like frustration, I apologize for that being inferred, but once again I have spent approximately one (1) hour just trying to find out simple information, e.g. Is there more than one optional extended warranty available, or are there several to select from? What is covered by (each if plural) the Extended Warranty(ies) being offered? and finally, and what is the COST OF THE EXTENED WARRANTY.

I find it somewhat ridiculous that this (which they note is my "final chance) how one is expected to buy an extended warranty? I have been through this endless, closed loop without any applicable options or answers from a ridiculously ignorant Virtual Agent who will not even provide me with a phone number to speak with a human about such a purchase. Despite our utilizing HP Computers, and peripherals exclusively [& I have a storage room full of old ones that became more trouble than they were worth, hence the were simply replaced with a new computer to prove this] and it should not be this difficult to find out the information that is needed to make a decision on a new, Extended Warranty purchase. It almost appears like the even if I do figure out what phone number they are providing to me to call, it will be the Sales Team at Dell, since they clearly don't give a "Tinkers D*mn" about retaining me as a customer, and this stupid problem with not being able to find out the most essential, but really very simple information about the Extended Warranty offer, that as to "Price & Coverage".

Hopefully, someone will have a way to figure out how I can get to those windows in the Extended Warranty program before I have no other option than to do a complete backup of this computer and then put it in the storage room (with the backup secured in a high-security file cabinet or safe), and then needing to explore my options for replacing it.
