it can still amaze me how people can post a request for help and not state "WHAT" they want help with

as far as i know mind reading via the internet (or any other way) is still impossible so unless posters state WHICH MODEL COMPUTER they want help with the likelihood of getting useful help is near zero

It is possible that your Disk Controller mode is set to AHCI or RAID, and your install disk  doesn't have the appropriate drivers. In such a case, your system may encounter Windows stop code IO1 INITIALIZATION FAILED. To eliminate this error, you must change the Disk Controller to SATA in the BIOS

Hey I am sorry model is hp elitedesktop 800 g1 sff

if the recovery image on the drive is non working

set the Bios to Factory defaults

you will then need to download a windows 10 64bit OS from Microsoft as windows 7/8 are no longer available from microsoft

as this system does not have a HP cloud recovery OS image available

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

then install the necessary drivers from the HP driver page
