HP Recommended

Hello,

 

My custom pc won't start. I can't even turn it on. It forced a restart for recovery apparently but no matter how many times I try to restart it, nothing happens.  It says that it can't be repaired. And other then the screen below, when I try to restart, the screen is black. This is my work computer and the only one I have so I would appreciate some assistance with this.

This is the second custom pc I have had from HP and the second to have problems. The first one, apparently, was sent to me with a faulty motherboard. I am hoping that is not the case here.
