Product: HP 250 G5 Notebook PC

Hi, my laptop will not switch on even though I've changed the battery . Could it be the on/off switch  ?

do you have the correct HP charger/power module for your model laptop? if so the laptop should show the charge light on if the battery is connected and if no battery connected the power button should still start the laptop assuming the correct charger is attached

 

if no response with the correct charger the laptop is non functional, and usually not worth repairing if out of warranty
