yes, it should work and display at least1024x768 or 800x600 output as a minimum resolution
once you have the card in and get a display, could you check and report back on the video defaults for this workstation?
i'm very currious if it was indeed set to UEFI for the video default

real life compatibility, sometimes things do not work as described in datasheets
seems like NVS 210 is PCI only, no PCIE, an there is no PCI slot in z4, is't this VGA Geforce 210?
so another hint to try : if there are no z4 error beeps, just missing picture, then try another video cable/port from graphics than display port - if not tested yet, it might be DP issue, old DVI or VGA works better, depends on monitors, Display port can be sometimes very sensitive and Nvidia had a lot of issues with DP protocol till GTX980ti (new video bios solved it)

wrong again,... the nvidia 210 card IS PCI-E and can be found from numerous resellers.
you really need to take the time to do some simple searches before posting incorrect information as it makes it hard for people to troubleshoot their problem

If this card works fine on any other pc, try to use the msi live update application to check if a new firmware is available, if so, update it and then test the card on the Z4 G4.
Try to update the Z4 g4 bios :
This card is not certified with Z4 g4 so it can works as it can not.
the UEFi is the default option on all Z4 / z6 /z8 G4.
