Hello,

 

I tried several solutions but I dont manage to install on my HP 6300 AIO the following drivers :

 

1/

HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100&REV_1002
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01&SUBSYS_00AA0100

 

2/

HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76E0&SUBSYS_103C339B&REV_1001
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76E0&SUBSYS_103C339B

 

3/

USB\VID_0603&PID_8B03&REV_0116&MI_00
USB\VID_0603&PID_8B03&MI_00

--> I tried SP60656 but it does not solve

Hi:

 

You need to install the IDT HD audio driver for the HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_111D&DEV_76E0.

 

You need to install the AMD graphics driver which should install the HDMI audio driver which is HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_1002&DEV_AA01.

 

Or you can download it from this site at the link below.  Accept the agreement and download the file listed as ATI HDMI Audio Device

See if this driver gets the webcam to work...

What is showing up under your display adapter? Apparently you have to have the correct video driver, which also installs the chipset driver allowing audio to work right.

I just want to say that I have an HP ENVY 15tj000, I have IDT beats audio and my problem was I couldn't use my headphone jack. This fixed everything for me! Installing Realtek instead of IDT fixed everything and I am so so happy things are working again. I wanted to say thank you and to share to let others know that this will fix it!
