Product: HP ZBook Power 15.6" G10 Mobile Workstation
We work with an HP ZBook Power 15.6" G10 Mobile Workstation, connected to two HP Z27q G3 monitors with the dock station (HP Thunderbolt Dock 280W G4 w/Combo Cable). One of the monitors (always the same) remains with the black screen for a few seconds and then returns to normal.
Troubleshooting steps:
We tried turning the docking station on and off. We tried changing the cables and connecting the monitors to another workstation. We tried with HP's diagnostic program. All the tests we have done have not solved the problem. According to our technician, the problem could be linked to the docking station.
