My HP victus laptop had bought bulged at the right side hinge

After using my laptop for 1 year i bought a lite bulge at the right hinge where i had not dropped it too i dont know the reason for this but i think most of the hp victus user had bought this i would like to ask the officials to take seriouus action on this i could not get the coustomer care number too in while im surffing the internet i could not find number i only see hp help suggestion but no one is responding there i would like post this on the social media where i could get the attention towards this wrong product develpment by hp victus 16
