I am trying to write to HP. Frankly, I have been disgusted by the customer service. I went to the store where I bought the laptop,
, Product No. 3YB82EA. I was told I should speak to the manufacturer and they could not help me. The wait for HP Customer Support is unbearably long here in Israel. I would like a replacement charger free of charge. Even though my warranty has expired, there's no reason the outer plastic covering of the charger wiring should rip from standard usage. I handled the charger after I had taken it out of the socket, not having realized that the plastic covering had been ripped. I got a shock and jumped in the air. I would like an email address to which I can write, I would like to send in my receipt of purchase and pictures of the charger. But I find the HP site impossible to use - phone service is useless because no rep. is available, and I can't email a company rep. because there's no email on the HP site. I am a humble teacher, work at 2 schools and cannot afford a new charger, and want the matter addressed - and especially want to know why my product malfunctioned.
Please advise.
I would appreciate an answer as to what to do now.
