Product: HP ProDesk 600 G5 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The video went out on this computer recently, and after a couple of hours with Smartfriend Services, they told me to contact the warranty department because they couldn't figure out what the problem was.  I have had a lot of issues with this particular computer since I got it, so I have ordered another one, but can't get anyone to work with me in the warranty department.  I hold for an hour, then get disconnected.  I was on the phone today for over an hour being transferred time and again, and dropped three times when you have to start over again.  This seems like a deliberate way to avoid warranty issues.  Does anyone know how to get to someone who knows what they are doing?
