@Mani1711 -- you could have a dead power-supply, or a dead battery, or a dead motherboard, or a dead processor. 

 

If you are not familiar with disassembling your computer to do some "part-swapping", to isolate the problem, i recommend that you take the computer to a certified computer technician for professional trouble-shooting.
