I ordered HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation from the website which was on sale for the cyber Monday. One hour later, I received an email saying the order has been cancelled without mentioning the reasons. I tried to chat with the customer service and they said this because of price error and we are unable to honor the price. I tried to call the customer service number and the reason that they gave me is because I purchased it as a guest. The guy said that I had to contact customer service to make the purchase and not buying the product as a guest, which does not make any sense at all. Why would they create a website with all of these options but want you to contact customer service to make the purchase via phone!
I just want to share my experience with purchasing discounted product from hp.
