Hi I Purchased an AIO in November last year. I have used the Dispute procedure twice, and each time I get an email about two weeks later telling me the case is closed. I have sent a copy of the HP invoice, still no reply.

I understand that you want to update the warranty, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to raise a warranty dispute to update the warranty.
